Customs Broker Permit User Fee Payment for 2021
This document provides notice to customs brokers that the annual user fee that is assessed for each permit held by a broker, whether it may be an individual, partnership, association, or corporation, is due by January 29, 2021. Pursuant to fee adjustments required by the Fixing America's Surface Transportation Act (FAST ACT) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations, the annual user fee payable for calendar year 2021 will be $150.33.

This document notifies the public that the Executive Assistant Commissioner, Office of Trade, of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), with the approval of the Acting Secretary of Homeland Security, has determined that stevia extracts and derivatives, mined, produced, or manufactured in the People's Republic of China by the Inner Mongolia Hengzheng Group Baoanzhao Agriculture, Industry, and Trade Co., Ltd. (also referred to herein as ``Baoanzhao'') with the use of convict, forced or indentured labor, are being, or are likely to be, imported into the United States.
Import Restrictions Imposed on Archaeological Material From Chile
This final rule amends the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to reflect the imposition of import restrictions on certain archaeological material from the Republic of Chile (Chile). These restrictions are being imposed pursuant to an agreement between the United States and Chile that has been entered into under the authority of the Convention on Cultural Property Implementation Act. The final rule amends the CBP regulations by adding Chile to the list of countries which have a bilateral agreement with the United States that imposes cultural property import restrictions. The final rule also contains the Designated List that describes the types of archaeological material to which the restrictions apply.
