This information is required to: (a) Determine whether the infrastructure of the site supports the installation of the temporary housing unit; (b) obtain permission to place the temporary housing unit on the property; and (c) allow ingress and egress to the property where the temporary housing unit is placed.

Guidelines for Implementing Executive Order 11988, Floodplain Management, as Revised
This notice seeks comment on the proposed ``Revised Guidelines for Implementing Executive Order 11988, Floodplain Management.'' The President has directed the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), on behalf of the Mitigation Framework Leadership Group, to publish for public comment draft amended Floodplain Management Guidelines to provide guidance to agencies on the implementation of Executive Order 11988, as amended, consistent with a new Federal Flood Risk Management Standard, which was developed by the Mitigation Framework Leadership Group in consultation with the Federal Interagency Floodplain Management Task Force. FEMA is publishing this notice on behalf of the Mitigation Framework Leadership Group, which is chaired by FEMA, to solicit and consider public input.

Fee Schedule for Processing Requests for Map Changes, for Flood Insurance Study Backup Data, and for National Flood Insurance Program Map and Insurance Products
This notice contains the revised fee schedules for processing certain types of requests for changes to National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) maps, for processing requests for Flood Insurance Study (FIS) technical and administrative support data, and for processing requests for particular NFIP map and insurance products. The changes in the fee schedules will allow FEMA to reduce further the expenses to the NFIP by recovering more fully the costs associated with processing conditional and final map change requests; retrieving, reproducing, and distributing technical and administrative support data related to FIS analyses and mapping; and producing, retrieving, and distributing particular NFIP map and insurance products.
National Advisory Council; Request for Applicants for Appointment
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is requesting individuals who are interested in serving on the FEMA National Advisory Council (NAC) to apply for appointment as identified in this notice. Pursuant to the Post-Katrina Emergency Management Reform Act of 2006 (PKEMRA), the NAC shall advise the Administrator of FEMA on all aspects of emergency management. The NAC shall incorporate state, local, tribal, and territorial government, non-profit and private sector input in the development and revision of national emergency management doctrine, policy, and plans. The NAC consists of up to 35 members, all of whom are experts and leaders in their respective fields. FEMA seeks to appoint individuals to seven (7) positions, or disciplines, on the NAC that will be open due to term expiration. If other positions are vacated during the application process, candidates may be selected from the pool of applicants to fill the vacated positions.
