The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces an initial plan to address small business concerns in the Voluntary Private Sector Accreditation and Certification Preparedness Program (PS-Prep Program). This initial plan identifies the separate classifications and the methods of certification available for small businesses under the PS- Prep Program.
