Agency Information Collection Activities: Submission for OMB Review; Comment Request
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has submitted the following information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The submission describes the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort and resources used by respondents to respond) and cost, and includes the actual data collection instruments FEMA will use. FEMA is revising this collection to include the increase in respondents forecasted to respond to this information collection.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request
The Federal Emergency Management Agency, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a continuing information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning FEMA's request for information from the licensee of a nuclear power plant that is needed in order to form a decision as to whether or not a condition of ``decline or fail'' exists at the state and local government level in the preparation of emergency planning responses.
