Final Flood Elevation Determinations
Base (1% annual chance) Flood Elevations (BFEs) and modified BFEs are made final for the communities listed below. The BFEs and modified BFEs are the basis for the floodplain management measures that each community is required either to adopt or to show evidence of being already in effect in order to qualify or remain qualified for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
Suspension of Community Eligibility
This rule identifies communities, where the sale of flood insurance has been authorized under the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), that are scheduled for suspension on the effective dates listed within this rule because of noncompliance with the floodplain management requirements of the program. If the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) receives documentation that the community has adopted the required floodplain management measures prior to the effective suspension date given in this rule, the suspension will not occur and a notice of this will be provided by publication in the Federal Register on a subsequent date.

Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a new information collection. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice seeks comments concerning the proposed collection concerning public alert and warning systems at the Federal, State, territorial, tribal, and local levels of government which is necessary for the inventory and evaluation and assessment of existing public alert and warning resources and their integration with the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS).

Final Flood Elevation Determinations
On May 7, 2008, FEMA published in the Federal Register a final rule that contained an erroneous table. This notice provides corrections to that table, to be used in lieu of the information published at 73 FR 25542. The table provided here represents the flooding source, location of referenced elevation, effective and modified elevation, and communities affected for the Union County and Incorporated Areas. Specifically, it addresses flooding source ``Blythe Creek.''
National Advisory Council Teleconference
The National Advisory Council (NAC) will be holding a teleconference on June 18, 2008 from 1- 4 p.m. EDT to discuss and approve their comments to the draft revised National Incident Management System (NIMS) document; to discuss potential recommendations regarding the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, as amended, and post-disaster housing. The teleconference meeting will be open to the public.
