Coast Guard October 25, 2022 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain waters of the Willamette River. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Oaks Park, Portland, OR, during a fireworks display on October 31, 2022. This regulation prohibits persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Columbia River or a designated representative.
