The Coast Guard proposes establishing a temporary safety zone on the navigable waters of the Lower Colorado River, Laughlin, NV, in support of a Independence Day fireworks display near the AVI Resort and Casino. The safety zone is necessary to provide for the safety of the crew, spectators, participants of the event, participating vessels and other vessels and users of the waterway. Persons and vessels will be prohibited from entering into, transiting through, or anchoring within this safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, or his designated representative.

The U. S. Coast Guard published a rule in the Federal Register of April 23, 2007, a document concerning the Queen of England's visit to Jamestown Island, VA. Inadvertently Sec. 165.T07-038 was numbered incorrectly. This document corrects that number.
