This notice lists communities where the addition or modification of Base Flood Elevations (BFEs), base flood depths, Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) boundaries or zone designations, or the regulatory floodway (hereinafter referred to as flood hazard determinations), as shown on the Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRMs), and where applicable, in the supporting Flood Insurance Study (FIS) reports, prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for each community, is appropriate because of new scientific or technical data. The FIRM, and where applicable, portions of the FIS report, have been revised to reflect these flood hazard determinations through issuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR), in accordance with Federal Regulations. The current effective community number is shown in the table below and must be used for all new policies and renewals.

Through this notice, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces that the Secretary of Homeland Security (Secretary) is terminating the designation of Honduras for Temporary Protected Status (TPS). The designation of Honduras is set to expire on July 5, 2025. After reviewing country conditions and consulting with appropriate U.S. Government agencies, the Secretary has determined that conditions in Honduras no longer support its designation for TPS. The Secretary, therefore, is terminating the TPS designation of Honduras as required by statute. This termination is effective September 8, 2025. After September 8, 2025, nationals of Honduras (and aliens having no nationality who last habitually resided in Honduras) who have been granted TPS under Honduras' designation will no longer have TPS.

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone while the U.S. Navy Blue Angels Squadron conducts aerobatic performances over Kaneohe Bay, Oahu, Hawaii. This safety zone is necessary to protect watercrafts and the general public from hazards associated with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels aircraft performing low flying, high powered jet aerobatics over open water. This rulemaking prohibits persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port (COTP) Sector Honolulu or a designated representative.

The Coast Guard will enforce a safety zone for the Township of Brick Summer Fest fireworks displays on four dates in July. This action is being taken to provide for the safety of life on navigable water during each of the three separate land-based fireworks displays. Our regulation for marine events within the Fifth Coast Guard District identifies the regulated area for this event, located in in Brick, NJ. During the enforcement periods, the operator of any vessel in the regulated area must comply with directions from the Patrol Commander or any Officer Patrol displaying a Coast Guard ensign.

The Coast Guard will enforce the Safety Zone, Lakeshore State Park, Milwaukee, WI on a portion of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee, WI. This action is intended to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by a dragon boat race event. During the enforcement period listed below, entry into, transiting, or anchoring within the safety zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Lake Michigan or a designated representative.

The Coast Guard will enforce multiple safety zones for recurring marine events taking place in the Captain of the Port Eastern Great Lakes zone. This action is necessary and intended for the safety of life and property on navigable waters during these events. During the enforcement periods, no person or vessel may enter the respective safety zone without the permission of the Captain of the Port Eastern Great Lakes or a designated representative.

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters in the Redfish Bay, Aransas Pass, Texas. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by a fireworks display launched from Conn Brown Harbor. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Corpus Christi or a designated representative.

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary regulated navigation area and a safety zone on the Hampton River at the inlet to Hampton Harbor, Hampton, NH, in response to hazardous conditions created by construction activities for the Neil R. Underwood Seabrook- Hampton Harbor Bridge replacement project. The RNA will establish a speed restriction and a traffic pattern. The safety zone, when enforced, will prohibit all vessel traffic from transiting through or operating within 50 yards of the bridge(s) center span navigational channel. This rule is necessary to provide for the safety of life in the areas undergoing demolition and construction.

This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters at the Francis Scott Key Bridge during demolition and construction operations. This rulemaking prohibits persons and vessels from being in the safety zone unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Maryland- National Capital Region or a designated representative.

This notice announces that the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has forwarded the Information Collection Request (ICR), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number 1652-0051, abstracted below for OMB review and approval a revision of the currently approved collection under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA).
