Agency Information Collection Activities: Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS); Extension, With Change, of a Currently Approved Collection
In accordance with the Paperwork Reductions Act (PRA) of 1995 the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) will submit the following Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance. This information collection was previously published in the Federal Register on February 9, 2021, allowing for a 60-day comment period. ICE received one non-substantive comment. The purpose of this notice is to allow an additional 30 days for public comments.
Safety Zone; Gulf of Mexico, Port Fouchon, LA
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for all navigable waters within a \1/2\ mile radius around a capsized vessel in the Gulf of Mexico, near Port Fourchon, LA. The temporary safety zone is needed to protect life and property during emergency search and rescue and salvage operations surrounding the capsized vessel. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone and movement of vessels within this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port Marine Safety Unit Houma or a designated representative.
Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program; Fire Prevention and Safety Grants
This Notice provides guidelines that describe the application process for Fire Prevention and Safety (FP&S) Grant Program grants and the criteria the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will use to award these grants for Fiscal Year (FY) 2020. It explains the differences, if any, between these guidelines and those recommended by representatives of the Nation's fire service leadership during the annual Criteria Development meeting, which was held December 11, 2019. The application period for the FY 2020 FP&S Grant Program was January 25, 2021, through February 26, 2021, and was announced on the Assistance to Firefighters Grants Program (AFGP) website at: https:// www.fema.gov/grants/preparedness/firefighters, www.grants.gov, and the U.S. Fire Administration website at www.usfa.fema.gov.

Identifying Barriers Across U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Benefits and Services; Request for Public Input
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking comments from the public on how U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) can reduce administrative and other barriers and burdens within its regulations and policies, including those that prevent foreign citizens from easily obtaining access to immigration services and benefits. This effort will help DHS identify process improvements for USCIS, with benefits for state, local, and tribal governments, for businesses (including small businesses and startups), for educational institutions of all kinds, for nonprofits, and for individuals.
Waterways Commerce Cutter Acquisition Program; Preparation of a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement
The United States Coast Guard (Coast Guard), as the lead agency, announces its intent to prepare a Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) for the Waterways Commerce Cutter (WCC) Program's acquisition and operation of up to 30 WCCs. The Coast Guard has determined that a PEIS is the most appropriate type of National Environmental Policy Act document for this action because of the scope and complexity of the proposed acquisition and operation of up to 30 WCCs. Notice is hereby given that the public scoping process has begun for the preparation of a PEIS that will address the reasonable alternatives and potential environmental impacts associated with implementing the Proposed Action. The scoping process solicits public comments regarding the range of issues, information, and analyses relevant to the Proposed Action, including potential environmental impacts and reasonable alternatives to address in the PEIS. Your comments may cause a change in the scope of the PEIS.
Minimum Standards for Driver's Licenses and Identification Cards Acceptable by Federal Agencies for Official Purposes; Mobile Driver's Licenses
