The Coast Guard has re-issued this systems of records notice in its entirety for clarity and transparency. The Coast Guard also issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) to clarify the exemptions for this system at 80 FR 74018 (Nov. 27, 2015). Concurrently with this modified system of records notice, the Coast Guard has issued a Final Rule.
