The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection notice was previously published in the Federal Register on March 24, 2015, at 80 FR 15626, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. USCIS did not receive any comments in connection with the 60-day notice.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) has submitted the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The information collection notice was previously published in the Federal Register on March 17, 2015, at 80 FR 13880, allowing for a 60-day public comment period. USCIS accepted and considered comments received in connection with the 60-day notice until May 28, 2015. USCIS published an additional notice on May 29, 2015, to allow 30 days for public comments until June 29, 2015, in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. USCIS has decided to extend the comment period for an additional period as provided in this notice.
