Agency Information Collection Activities: National Interest Waivers, Supplemental Evidence to I-140 and I-485, No Form; Extension, Without Change, of a Currently Approved Collection
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) invites the general public and other Federal agencies to comment upon this proposed extension of a currently approved collection of information or new collection of information. In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the information collection notice is published in the Federal Register to obtain comments regarding the nature of the information collection, the categories of respondents, the estimated burden (i.e., the time, effort, and resources used by the respondents to respond), the estimated cost to the respondent, and the actual information collection instruments.

Technical Amendment to the List of CBP Preclearance Offices in Foreign Countries: Addition of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
This rule amends U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations to reflect that CBP has added a preclearance location in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. CBP Preclearance operations in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates officially began on January 24, 2014, pursuant to an agreement between the Governments of the United States and the United Arab Emirates. CBP Officers at preclearance locations conduct inspections and examinations to ensure compliance with U.S. customs, immigration, and agriculture laws, as well as other laws enforced by CBP at the U.S. border. Such inspections and examinations prior to arrival in the United States generally enable travelers to exit the domestic terminal or connect directly to a U.S. domestic flight without undergoing further CBP processing.
Agency Information Collection Activities: Report of Diversion
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) of the Department of Homeland Security will be submitting the following information collection request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act: Report of Diversion. This is a proposed extension of an information collection that was previously approved. CBP is proposing that this information collection be extended with no change to the burden hours or to the information collected. This document is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies.
Proposed Flood Elevation Determinations
On February 16, 2011, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) published in the Federal Register a proposed rule that contained an erroneous table. This document provides corrections to that table, to be used in lieu of the information published on February 16, 2011. The table provided here represents the flooding sources, location of referenced elevations, effective and modified elevations, and communities affected for Montgomery County, Pennsylvania (All Jurisdictions).
