Notice is hereby given of the combined (joint) meeting on April 26, 2023, of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's (SAMHSA) four National Advisory Councils: the SAMHSA National Advisory Council (NAC), the Center for Mental Health Services NAC, the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention NAC, the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment NAC; and the two SAMHSA Advisory Committees: Advisory Committee for Women's Services (ACWS) and the Tribal Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC).

Notice is hereby given for the meeting on April 27, 2023, of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration National Advisory Council (SAMHSA NAC). The meeting is open to the public and can also be accessed virtually. Pursuant to Public Law 92-463, notice is hereby given of the meeting on April 25, 2023, of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services National Advisory Council (CMHS NAC). The meeting is open to the public and will include consideration of the meeting minutes from the August 18, 2022, SAMHSA, CMHS NAC meeting; updates from the CMHS Director; a discussion from SAMHSA's Assistant Secretary; a discussion on Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic; a discussion on School Based Mental Health Services; a discussion on Mental Health Block Grant; a discussion on Black Youth Suicide Prevention Activities; and a discussion on CMHS/SAMHSA Response to Disasters. The meeting will be held at SAMHSA, 5600 Fishers Lane, 5N54, Rockville, MD 20857. Attendance by the public will be limited to space available and will be limited to the open sessions of the meeting. Interested persons may present data, information, or views, orally or in writing, on issues pending before the Council. Presentations from the public will be scheduled at the conclusion of the meeting. Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 Notice of Supplemental Funding Opportunity
This notice is to inform the public that the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is supporting an administrative supplement (in scope of the parent award) up to $157,674,392 (total costs) available until the budget period end date (09/29/2023) to the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline Cooperative Agreement recipient, Mental Health Association of New York City, Inc. (DBA Vibrant Emotional Health). This grant was funded in FY 2021 under the Cooperative Agreement for National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and Disaster Distress Helpline Cooperative Agreement, Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO), SM 21-005, with a project end date of September 2026. The supplemental funding will be used to maintain 988 operations and services, both at local levels and across all backup, chat, text, LGBTQ+ youth, Spanish language, and videophone based services. This funding will ensure continuation of all 988 services and supports.

Notice is hereby given for the meeting on April 25, 2023, of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration's Tribal Technical Advisory Committee (TTAC). The meeting is open to the public and will be held in person (hybrid). Agenda with call-in information will be posted on the SAMHSA website prior to the meeting at: https:// www.samhsa.gov/about-us/advisory-councils/meetings. The meeting will include, but not be limited to, remarks from the Assistant Secretary for Mental Health and Substance Use; updates on SAMHSA priorities; follow up on topics related to the previous TTAC meetings; and council discussions.
