Health Center Program
HRSA provided additional grant funds during extended budget periods to prevent interruptions in the provision of critical health care services for funded service areas until new awards could be made to eligible Service Area Competition (SAC) applicants or HRSA could conduct an orderly phase-out of Health Center Program activities by the current award recipients.
Proposed Changes to the Graduate Psychology Education Program
The Graduate Psychology Education (GPE) Program is authorized by section 756 of the Public Health Service Act and administered by HRSA. The program provides financial support to organizations and institutions that train doctoral-level psychologists. Request for Nominations
HRSA is seeking nominations of four qualified candidates to be considered for appointment as members of the CDC/HRSA Advisory Committee on HIV, Viral Hepatitis and STD Prevention and Treatment (Committee). The Committee consists of 18 public members, including two co-chairs. The Committee membership maintains a balance of diverse experiences and expertise. Those requesting consideration require expertise in areas such as: Public health; epidemiology; laboratory practice; immunology; infectious diseases; behavioral health and science including, but not limited to opioid use and related expertise; health education; healthcare delivery; state health programs; clinical care; preventive health; medical education; health services and clinical research; and healthcare financing. In addition, people living with HIV and affected populations as well as individuals employed by state and local health and education agencies, HIV/viral hepatitis/STD community-based organizations, and the ethics or religious community are encouraged to submit nomination packages for consideration. Current federal employees will not be considered.

Supplemental Award to the National Network for Oral Health Access
HRSA announces the award of a supplement in the amount of $250,000 for a HRSA-funded cooperative agreement awarded to the National Network for Oral Health Access (NNOHA). Proposed Standards for the Children's Hospitals Graduate Medical Education Payment Program's Quality Bonus System
This notice seeks public comment on establishing a quality bonus system for the Children's Hospitals Graduate Medical Education (CHGME) Payment Program. The CHGME Support Reauthorization Act of 2013 states that the Secretary may establish a quality bonus system, whereby the Secretary distributes bonus payments to hospitals participating in the program that meet standards specified by the Secretary. The goal of this notice is to seek comment to assist HRSA in the development of the standards, payment structure, and outcome measures for the CHGME Quality Bonus System.
