National Forum for State and Territorial Chief Executives (National Forum) Program Cooperative Agreement
HRSA will be providing a one-year extension with funds in the amount authorized in fiscal year (FY) 2010 to support activities that focus on cross-cutting publicly-funded health program integration and health access issues identified by the State and Territory governors and their senior health policy advisors, including addressing the needs of uninsured, underinsured and special needs populations, oral health, border health and health information technology as well as HRSA's overall strategic goals.
Health Center Program
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) will transfer the remaining American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Capital Improvement Project (CIP) from Saint Vincent's Catholic Medical Centers (SVCMC) of New York, current grantee of record, to Sunset Park Health Council (SPHC), Inc. in order to continue primary health care services to low-income, underserved homeless patients in New York City.
``Low Income Levels'' Used for Various Health Professions and Nursing Programs Included in Titles III, VII and VIII of the Public Health Service Act
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is updating income levels used to identify a ``low-income family'' for the purpose of determining eligibility for programs that provide health professions and nursing training for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds. These various programs are included in Titles III, VII and VIII of the Public Health Service Act. The Department periodically publishes in the Federal Register low- income levels used to determine eligibility for grants and cooperative agreements to institutions providing training for (1) disadvantaged individuals, (2) individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, or (3) individuals from ``low-income'' families.
Advisory Committee on the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Evaluation
HRSA and ACF announce through this notice the establishment of the Advisory Committee on the Maternal, Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program Evaluation (``the Committee''), pursuant to subsection 2951(g) of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Affordable Care Act). Under this authority, the Secretary of Health and Human Services (``the Secretary'') is to appoint an independent advisory panel consisting of experts in program evaluation and research, education, and early childhood development. The purpose of the Committee is to provide advice to the Secretary on the design, plan, progress, and findings of the evaluation required for the home visiting program under the Affordable Care Act.

The Health Resources and Services Administration published a notice in the Federal Register of February 9, 2011 (76 FR 7223-7224) announcing an Advisory Committee on Organ Transplantation meeting on March 8, 2011. The type of meeting, time and place have been changed.

Advisory Council on Blood Stem Cell Transplantation; Request for Nominations for Voting Members
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is requesting nominations to fill expected vacancies on the Advisory Council on Blood Stem Cell Transplantation. The Advisory Council on Blood Stem Cell Transplantation was established pursuant to Public Law 109-129 as amended by Public Law 111-264; 42 U.S.C. 274k; Section 379 of the Public Health Service Act. In accordance with Public Law 92-463, the Council was chartered on December 19, 2006.
