The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR), as part of its continuing efforts to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing information collections, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). This notice invites comment on the three- year extension of information collection clearance for the ``Prospective Birth Cohort Study Involving Environmental Uranium Exposure in the Navajo Nation'' project (OMB Control No. 0923-0046; expiration date 05/31/2016). The purpose of the study is to examine the potential association between environmental contaminants (i.e., uranium and other heavy metal exposures) and reproductive birth outcomes by recruiting Navajo mothers to assess and follow theirs and their children's uranium exposures at birth and at key developmental milestones.

ATSDR is initiating the development of its 29th set of toxicological profiles (CERCLA Set 29). This notice announces the list of proposed substances that will be evaluated for CERCLA Set 29 toxicological profile development. ATSDR's Division of Toxicology and Human Health Sciences is soliciting public nominations from the list of proposed substances to be evaluated for toxicological profile development. ATSDR also will consider the nomination of any additional, non-CERCLA substances that may have public health implications, on the basis of ATSDR's authority to prepare toxicological profiles for substances not found at sites on the National Priorities List. The agency will do so in order to ``. . . establish and maintain inventory of literature, research, and studies on the health effects of toxic substances'' under CERCLA Section 104(i)(1)(B), to respond to requests for consultation under section 104(i)(4), and to support the site- specific response actions conducted by ATSDR, as otherwise necessary.

This notice announces the availability of Set 25 Toxicological Profiles for review and comment. Comments can include additional information or reports on studies about the health effects of Set 25 substances. Although ATSDR considered key studies for each of these substances during the profile development process, this Federal Register notice solicits any relevant, additional studies, particularly unpublished data. ATSDR will evaluate the quality and relevance of such data or studies for possible inclusion in the profile. ATSDR remains committed to providing a public comment period for this document as a means to best serve public health and our clients. The Set 25 Toxicological Profile is available online at https://www.atsdr.cdc.gov/ toxprofiles/index.asp and www.regulations.gov, docket ATSDR-2013-0001. The Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980 (CERCLA), as amended by the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 (SARA), Sec. 104(i)(3), [42 U.S.C. 9604(i)(3)], directs the ATSDR administrator to prepare toxicological profiles of priority hazardous substances and, as necessary, to revise and publish each updated toxicological profile.

This notice announces the development of Set 26 Toxicological Profiles, which will consist of three updated profiles and two new profiles. Draft for Public Comment versions of these profiles will be available to the public on or about October 17, 2013. This notice announces the availability of the Draft Vieques Report: An Evaluation of Environmental, Biological, and Health Data from the Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico for review and comment. This report's principal focus is to review updated environmental data on Vieques air, water, soil, seafood, and locally grown foods. In addition, this report evaluates human biomonitoring and health outcome data. ATSDR is providing a public comment period for this draft report as a means to best serve public health and the residents of Vieques, Puerto Rico. The Draft Vieques Report is available in English and Spanish at www.regulations.gov in the docket identified by Docket ID No. CDC-2011- 0014 and www.atsdr.cdc.gov/sites/vieques/.

This notice announces the availability of one toxicological profile, prepared by ATSDR for the Department of Defense, on Royal Demolition eXplosive (RDX), chemical name hexahydro-1,3,5-trinitro- 1,3,5-triazine, also known as cyclonite.
