Common Formats for Reporting on Health Care Quality and Patient Safety
As authorized by the Secretary of HHS, AHRQ coordinates the development of sets of common definitions and reporting formats (Common Formats) for reporting on health care quality and patient safety. The purpose of this notice is to announce the release of the Common Formats for Event ReportingHospital Version 2.0.
