The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality published a document in the Federal Register of March 5, 2021, concerning request for information on the Use of Clinical Algorithms That Have the Potential To Introduce Racial/Ethnic Bias Into Healthcare Delivery. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, an institute of the National Institutes of Health, Department of Health and Human Services, is contemplating the grant of an Exclusive Patent License to practice the inventions embodied in the U.S. and European Patents and Patent Applications listed in the Supplementary Information section of this Notice to Ridgeback Biotherapeutics, L.P., located in Miami, Florida.
