The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed and/or continuing information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled National HIV Prevention Program Monitoring and Evaluation (NHM&E). NHM&E collects standardized HIV prevention program evaluation data from health departments and community-based organizations (CBOs) who receive federal funds for HIV prevention activities.

This Request for Information (RFI) is intended to gather broad public input on the National Institutes of Health (NIH)-Wide Strategic Plan for COVID-19 Research. Because of the urgency and evolving nature of the pandemic, NIH intends this plan to be a living document, which will be continually updated to reflect new challenges presented by COVID-19. To ensure that it remains in step with public needs, this RFI invites stakeholders throughout the scientific research, advocacy, and clinical practice communities, as well as the general public to comment on the NIH-Wide Strategic Plan for COVID-19 Research. Organizations are strongly encouraged to submit a single response that reflects the views of their organization and their membership as a whole.

OMH announces the award of a single-source award in response to an unsolicited proposal from the American Heart Association, Dallas, Texas. The proposal submitted was not solicited either formally or informally by any federal government official. The award is comprised of two cooperative agreements administered by OMH in collaboration with HRSA.
