Agency Information Collection Activities: Proposed Collection; Comment Request
This notice announces the intention of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) to request that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approve the proposed information collection project: ``AHRQ Healthcare Innovations Exchange Innovator Interview and AHRQ Healthcare Innovations Exchange Innovator E-mail Submission Guidelines.'' In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, 44 U.S.C. 3506(c)(2)(A), AHRQ invites the public to comment on this proposed information collection.
Chloramine-T for Control of Bacterial Gill Disease in Freshwater-Reared Salmonids; Availability of Data
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is announcing the availability of effectiveness and target animal safety data that may be used in support of a new animal drug application (NADA) or supplemental NADA for use of chloramine-T by immersion for the control of mortality in freshwater-reared salmonids due to bacterial gill disease. The data, contained in Public Master File (PMF) 5893, were compiled by the U.S. Department of the Interior, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Aquatic Animal Drug Approval Partnership Program.
