The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed changes and three-year extension to the Form EIA-851A, ``Domestic Uranium Production Report (Annual),'' Form EIA-851Q, ``Domestic Uranium Production Report (Quarterly),'' and Form EIA-858, ``Uranium Marketing Annual Survey.''

The Energy Information Administration (EIA) is discontinuing the collection of data on the Forms EIA-182, ``Domestic Crude Oil First Purchase Report,'' and EIA-856, ``Monthly Foreign Crude Oil Acquisition Report.''

The EIA has submitted the Form ERA-766R ``Recordkeeping Requirements of DOE's General Allocation and Price Rules,'' to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).

The EIA has submitted the Energy Information Administration's Natural Gas Data Collection Program Package collections to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.).

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed three-year extension to the ``Recordkeeping Requirements of DOE's General Allocation and Price Rules,'' ERA-766R.

The EIA is soliciting comments on: A revised Form EIA-1605, ``Voluntary Reporting of Greenhouse Gases'' and instructions; A three year extension of Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval in order for EIA to implement the revised Form EIA-1605; and The discontinuation of the Form EIA-1605EZ.

The EIA has a new policy regarding the unscheduled release of revisions to weekly estimates of working gas volumes held in underground storage facilities at the national and regional levels disseminated in EIA's Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report (WNGSR). Under the new policy, the unscheduled release of revisions shall be disseminated in a special release of the WNGSR when the effect of reported changes is at least 10 billion cubic feet (Bcf) at either a regional or national level. The unscheduled release of revisions shall be disseminated on a Federal workday between 2 and 2:10 p.m. (Eastern Time) following public notification between 1 and 1:10 p.m. of the same day. Public notification will include, at a minimum, the following: A notice on EIA's Web site, e-mails to selected media, and a general e- mail notice sent to users of WNGSR data who have signed onto a free service available on EIA's Web site. The unscheduled release of revisions for this policy does not include revised estimates resulting from changes in the survey methodology or estimation parameters, which are scheduled and announced in advance; or revised estimates resulting from reclassifications of natural gas between working gas and base gas by natural gas storage companies, which are incorporated into the estimates during the next regularly scheduled WNGSR release.

The EIA has submitted the ``Voluntary Reporting of Greenhouse Gases,'' form EIA-1605 and EIA-1605 EZ (short form) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and a two-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104- 13) (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq).

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed revision and three-year extension under section 3507(h)(1) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 of the surveys in the Natural Gas Data Collection Program Package. The surveys covered by this request include: Form EIA-176, ``Annual Report of Natural and Supplemental Gas Supply and Disposition'' EIA-191, ``Monthly and Annual Underground Gas Storage Report'' EIA-857, ``Monthly Report of Natural Gas Purchases and Deliveries to Consumers'' EIA-895, ``Monthly and Annual Quantity and Value of Natural Gas Production Report'' (The EIA proposes to eliminate the current monthly reporting of Form EIA-895 and only require an annual report.) EIA-910, ``Monthly Natural Gas Marketer Survey'' EIA-912, ``Weekly Underground Natural Gas Storage Report'' In addition, EIA is proposing that the following new survey be approved by OMB. EIA-913, ``Monthly and Annual Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Storage Report''

The EIA is soliciting comments on the proposed three-year extension to the EIA-882T, ``Generic Clearance for Questionnaire Testing, Evaluation, and Research.''

The EIA is soliciting comments on the revision policy for the Weekly Natural Gas Storage Report (WNGSR). The WNGSR provides weekly estimates of working gas volumes held in underground storage facilities at the national and regional levels. The WNGSR is based on information collected by EIA on Form EIA-912, ``Weekly Underground Gas Storage Report.''
