On June 1, 2016, the U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') published a final rule adopting test procedures for portable air conditioners (``June 2016 final rule''). A correction rule was subsequently published on October 14, 2016 (``October 2016 correction rule''), to correct typographical errors in the June 2016 final rule that were included in the regulatory text. This document corrects typographical errors introduced in the October 2016 correction rule, including missing parentheses and incorrect variable names. Neither the errors nor the corrections in this document affect the substance of the rulemaking or any of the conclusions reached in support of the final rule.

SFPP, L.P., 170 FERC ] 61,133 (2020), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) seeks comment on the Commission's recent proposal to eliminate the Substantially Exacerbate Test as the preliminary screen applied to complaints against oil pipeline index rate changes under 18 CFR 343.2(c)(1) and to apply the Percentage Comparison Test as the preliminary screen for complaints. The Commission also seeks comment on the use of the 10% threshold when applying the Percentage Comparison Test to complaints.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is initiating a data collection process through this request for information (RFI) to consider whether to amend DOE's test procedure for consumer water heaters and residential-duty commercial water heaters. Specifically, DOE seeks data and information pertinent to whether amended test procedures would more accurately or fully comply with the requirement that the test procedure produces results that measure energy use during a representative average use cycle for the product, and not be unduly burdensome to conduct. DOE welcomes written comments from the public on any subject within the scope of this document (including topics not raised in this RFI), as well as the submission of data and other relevant information.
