Commission Information Collection Activities; Requests for Emergency Extensions for FERC-725M, FERC-516A, and FERC-539
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) has solicited public comments on three information collections: FERC-725M (Mandatory Reliability Standard: FAC-003-4, Vegetation Management), FERC-516A (Standardization of Small Generator Interconnection Agreements and Procedures), and FERC-539 (Gas Pipeline Certificates: Import and Export Related Applications). FERC submitted requests to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for short-term emergency extensions for the three information collections to ensure they remain active while FERC completes the pending PRA renewal processes. No changes are being made to the reporting and recordkeeping requirements.
Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-516a); Comment Request; Extension
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on the currently approved information collection FERC-516A (Standardization of Small Generator Interconnection Agreements and Procedures) and submitting the information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below. On September 4, 2019, the Commission published a Notice in the Federal Register (84 FR 46506) in Docket No. IC19-40-000 requesting public comments. The Commission received no public comments.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) invites public comment on its Request for Information (RFI) number DE-FOA-0002160 regarding the DOE Building Technologies Office (BTO) Lighting Research and Development (R&D) Program. Energy Conservation Program: Decision and Order Granting a Waiver to Anker Innovations Limited From the Department of Energy External Power Supplies Test Procedure
The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') gives notice of a Decision and Order (Case Number 2019-005) that grants to Anker Innovations Limited (``Anker'') a waiver from specified portions of the DOE test procedure for determining the energy efficiency of a specified external power supply basic model. Under the Decision and Order, Anker is required to test and rate the specified basic model in accordance with the alternate test procedure specified in the Decision and Order.
Extension of a Currently Approved Information Collection for the State Energy Program
The Department of Energy (DOE), pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, intends to extend for three years a currently approved collection of information with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). The information collection request, State Energy Program, was previously approved on June 30, 2017 under OMB Control No. 1910- 5126 and its current expiration date is June 30, 2020.

Assistance to Foreign Atomic Energy Activities
The U.S. Department of Energy (``DOE'') is extending the public comment period for its proposed rule establishing procedures for the imposition of civil penalties for violations of certain provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (AEA). The notice of proposed rulemaking (NOPR) provided for a public comment period ending November 4, 2019. On October 18, 2019 DOE received a comment requesting a 90-day comment period extension and a public meeting. DOE is extending the public comment period for submitting comments on the NOPR by 30 days to December 4, 2019.
