Extension Without Change to a Previously Approved Agency Information Collection
The Department of Energy, pursuant to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, intends to renew, for three years, an information collection request pertaining to the Department's administration of access provisions under the Privacy Act of 1974, with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). Comments are invited on: (a) Whether the extended collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information shall have practical utility; (b) the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; (c) ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; (d) ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on respondents, including through the use of automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology; and (e) the agency's proposal to change the name of the information collection from the current ``Records and Administration'' to ``Privacy Act Administration,'' which reflects a change of the owner of this information collection from the agency's Records Management Officer to the agency's Chief Privacy Officer. Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-603); Comment Request
The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) previously issued a 60-day Notice in the Federal Register requesting public comments on FERC-603 (Critical Energy/Electric Infrastructure Information (CEII) Request). The Commission received no comments. In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Commission is submitting the FERC-603 to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review of the information collection requirements. Any interested person may file comments directly with OMB and should address a copy of those comments to the Commission as explained below.

Defense Programs Advisory Committee
Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, and following consultation with the Committee Management Secretariat, General Services Administration, notice is hereby given that the Defense Programs Advisory Committee (DPAC) will be renewed for a two-year period beginning on February 10, 2017. The DPAC will provide advice and recommendations to the Deputy Administrator for Defense Programs on the stewardship and maintenance of the Nation's nuclear deterrent. Additionally, the renewal of the Committee has been determined to be essential to the conduct of the Department's business and to be in the public interest in connection with the performance of duties imposed upon the Department of Energy by law and agreement. The Committee will continue to operate in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee Act and the rules and regulations in implementation of that Act.
Proposed Rate Adjustment, Public Forum, and Opportunities for Public Review and Comment for Georgia-Alabama-South Carolina System of Projects
Southeastern Power Administration (Southeastern) proposes to revise existing schedules of rates and charges applicable to the sale of power from the Georgia-Alabama-South Carolina System of Projects effective for a 5-year period, October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2022. Additionally, opportunities will be available for interested persons to review the present rates and the proposed rates and supporting studies, to participate in a public forum and to submit written comments. Southeastern will evaluate all comments received in this process.
Executive Summit on Hydropower Research and Development
This notice serves to announce that the Water Power Technologies Office (WPTO) within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to hold an Executive Summit on Hydropower Research and Development (``Summit'') in Washington, DC on May 4, 2017. Through this initiative, the WPTO intends to engage industry and researchers to articulate hydropower industry research and development (R&D) needs, discuss capabilities of the national laboratories, and provide guidance to industry on how to engage with the national laboratories to accelerate innovation and achieve bottom-line results.
Commission Information Collection Activities (FERC-725e); Comment Request; Revision
In compliance with the requirements of the Paperwork Reduction Act the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission or FERC) is soliciting public comment on a revision to the information collection, FERC-725E (Mandatory Reliability Standards for the Western Electric Coordinating Council) which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a review of the information collection requirements.
Energy Conservation Program for Consumer Products: Decision and Order Granting a Waiver to Dyson, Inc. From the Department of Energy Battery Charger Test Procedure
The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) gives notice of a decision and order (Case No. BC-001) that grants to Dyson, Inc. (Dyson) a waiver from the DOE test procedure for determining the energy consumption of battery chargers. Under this decision and order, Dyson is required to test and rate the battery charger used in its robotic vacuum cleaner model RB01, marketed as the Dyson 360-Eye (Robot) using an alternate test procedure to turn off functions not associated with the battery charging process during the charge and maintenance mode test by isolating a terminal of the battery pack using isolating tape when measuring energy consumption.
