In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (Privacy Act), the U.S. Department of Education (Department) is publishing this notice of a modified system of records titled ``Reasonable Accommodation Program Files'' (RAPF) (previously numbered as 18-17-01 and newly renumbered as 18-03-07) to make minor amendments to the previously noticed system of records as further explained below under the section entitled SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION. This system contains records concerning reasonable accommodation requests on the basis of disability and religion under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (Rehabilitation Act), Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended (ADA), and title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (title VII), as applicable, that are submitted to the Department by covered individuals.
