Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products From Japan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: 2020-2021
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that producers and exporters of hot-rolled steel flat products (hot-rolled steel) from Japan, sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the period of review (POR) October 1, 2020, through September 30, 2021.
Furfuryl Alcohol From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Expedited Fifth Sunset Review of Antidumping Duty Order
As a result of this sunset review, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) order on furfuryl alcohol from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the dumping margins identified in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
Aluminum Extrusions From the People's Republic of China: Continuation of Antidumping Duty Order and Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of the determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on aluminum extrusions from the People's Republic of China (China), would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping, net countervailable subsidies, and material injury to an industry in the United States, Commerce is publishing a notice of continuation of the AD and CVD orders.
