Large Diameter Welded Pipe From Greece and Cast Iron Soil Pipe Fittings From the People's Republic of China; Rescission of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews; 2020-2021
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative reviews of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on large diameter welded pipe from Greece and cast iron soil pipe fittings from the People's Republic of China (China) and the countervailing duty (CVD) order on cast iron soil pipe fittings from China covering the periods of review in the table below, based on the timely withdrawal of all review requests.
Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Mexico: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2019-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Deacero) did not make sales of subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value during the November 1, 2019, through October 31, 2020, period of review (POR). Additionally, Commerce has preliminarily assigned Grupo Simec an antidumping duty margin based on the application of adverse facts available. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Urea Ammonium Nitrate Solutions From the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Determination With the Final Antidumping Duty Determination
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to the sole known producer/exporter of urea ammonium nitrate solutions (UAN) from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (Trinidad and Tobago) for the period of investigation (POI) January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.

Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Korea: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2018-2020
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) determines that the producers or exporters subject to this administrative review did not make sales of large diameter welded pipe from the Republic of Korea in the United States at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), August 27, 2018, through April 30, 2020.
Narrow Woven Ribbons With Woven Selvedge From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of the Expedited Second Five-Year Sunset Review of the Countervailing Duty Order
As a result of this sunset review, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) finds that revocation of the countervailing duty order (CVD) order on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge (ribbons) from the People's Republic of China (China) would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at the levels indicated in the ``Final Results of Sunset Review'' section of this notice.
