Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings From Italy: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2020-2021
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy for the period of review (POR) February 1, 2020, through January 31, 2021, based on the timely withdrawal of the request for review.
Utility Scale Wind Towers From Malaysia: Preliminary Determination of Sales at Not Less Than Fair Value and Postponement of Final Determination
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that utility scale wind towers (wind towers) from Malaysia are not being, or are not likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (LTFV). The period of investigation (POI) is July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
