The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (CWP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea).\1\ The period of review (POR) is November 1, 2013, through October 31, 2014. This review covers three producers or exporters of the subject merchandise: Husteel Co., Ltd. (Husteel), Hyundai HYSCO (HYSCO), and SeAH Steel Corporation (SeAH). We preliminarily find that Husteel and HYSCO have made sales of the subject merchandise at prices below normal value. We also preliminarily find that SeAH did not make sales of subject merchandise at prices below normal value. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce (Department) is conducting the 20th administrative review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (PRC) covering the period of review (POR) November 1, 2013, through October 31, 2014.\1\ This review covers 161 manufacturers/exporters of subject merchandise.\2\ We preliminarily find that mandatory respondent Shenzhen Xinboda Industrial Co., Ltd. (Xinboda) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV). In addition, the Department preliminarily finds that the other mandatory respondents, Hebei Golden Bird Trading Co., Ltd. (Golden Bird) and Qingdao Tiantaixing Foods Co., Ltd. (QTF), are part of the PRC-wide entity. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.

On August 11, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') published the Preliminary Results of the administrative review (``AR'') of the antidumping duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate (``CTL plate'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\ The period of review (``POR'') is November 1, 2013, through October 31, 2014. The Department invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. Only Nucor Corporation (``Petitioner'') submitted comments to the Department. After considering the comments received, the Department made no changes to the Preliminary Results in these final results of review.

On October 9, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the ``Department'') published its Preliminary Results of a changed circumstances review (CCR) and intent to revoke, in part, the antidumping duty (``AD'') order on wooden bedroom furniture from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') \1\ with respect to certain bed bases.\2\ The Department preliminarily determined that the producers accounting for substantially all of the production of the domestic like product to which the Order pertains lacked interest in the relief provided by the Order with respect to certain bed bases described below. We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. No party submitted comments. For the final results, the Department is revoking, in part, the Order as to certain bed bases.

On June 4, 2015, the Department of Commerce (Department) published its preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on silicomanganese from India covering the period of review (POR) May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014.\1\ This review covers one producer/exporter of subject merchandise, Nava Bharat Ventures Limited (Nava). For the final results, we continue to determine that Nava did not sell subject merchandise to the United States at below normal value (NV) during the POR. The final results are listed in the section entitled ``Final Results of Review'' below.

On July 29, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip (PET Film) from Taiwan in accordance with section 751(a)(1)(B) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).\1\ This review covers Nan Ya Plastics Corporation (Nan Ya) and Shinkong Materials Technology Corporation (SMTC). We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. We received no comments or requests for a hearing. Therefore, for the final results, we continue to find that sales of subject merchandise by Nan Ya were not made at less than normal value during the period of review (POR). We continue to find that SMTC had no shipments during the POR.
