53-Foot Domestic Dry Containers From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value; Preliminary Negative Determination of Critical Circumstances; and Postponement of Final Determination and Extension of Provisional Measures
The Department of Commerce (``Department'') preliminarily determines that 53-foot domestic dry containers (``domestic dry containers'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value (``LTFV''), as provided in section 733(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (``the Act''). The period of investigation (``POI'') is October 1, 2013, through March 31, 2014. The estimated weighted-average dumping margins of sales at LTFV are shown in the ``Preliminary Determination'' section of this notice. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
Monosodium Glutamate From the People's Republic of China, and the Republic of Indonesia: Antidumping Duty Orders; and Monosodium Glutamate From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value
Based on affirmative final determinations by the Department of Commerce (the Department) and the International Trade Commission (the ITC), the Department is issuing antidumping duty (AD) orders on monosodium glutamate (MSG) from the People's Republic of China (the PRC) and the Republic of Indonesia (Indonesia). In addition, the Department is amending its final determination of sales at less than fair value (LTFV) from the PRC to correct certain ministerial errors.
