These reviews cover two exporters, Shanghai Taiside Trading Co., Ltd. (Taiside) and Wuhan Shino-Food Trade Co., Ltd. (Shino-Food). The period of review (POR) is December 1, 2004, through May 31, 2005. While we have analyzed the record and comments from interested parties, we have made no changes to the preliminary results based on these comments. However, we have made a slight change to the calculation of Taiside's margin based on the discovery of a clerical error. For these final results, therefore, we have determined that the new shipper review for Shino-Food should be rescinded because the sale made by Shino-Food was not bona fide. We have also determined that the sale made by Taiside is bona fide and that the sale has been made below normal value.
