2025 Annual Determination To Implement the Sea Turtle Observer Requirement
NMFS is providing notification that the agency will not identify additional fisheries to observe on the 2025 Annual Determination (AD), pursuant to its authority under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). Through the AD, NMFS identifies U.S. fisheries operating in the Atlantic Ocean, Gulf of Mexico, and Pacific Ocean that will be required to take observers upon NMFS' request. The purpose of observing identified fisheries is to learn more about sea turtle bycatch in a given fishery, evaluate measures to prevent or reduce sea turtle bycatch, and implement the prohibition against sea turtle takes. Fisheries identified on the 2020 and 2023 ADs (see table 1) remain on the AD for a 5-year period and are required to carry observers upon NMFS' request until September 29, 2025, and December 31, 2027, respectively.
Aluminum Extrusions From Indonesia: Final Affirmative Determination of Sales at Less Than Fair Value; Correction
The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) published notice in the Federal Register of October 3, 2024 in which Commerce announced the final determination of the less-than-fair-value (LTFV) investigation of aluminum extrusions from Indonesia for the period of investigation (POI), October 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023. This notice corrects the language in the "Continuation of Suspension of Liquidation" section of the Final Determination.
National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announces that the National Artificial Intelligence Advisory Committee (NAIAC or Committee) will hold a virtual briefing session. This session will be held via web conference on Thursday, November 21, 2024, from 2 p.m.-4:30 p.m. eastern time. The primary purpose of this informational briefing is to have invited guests brief the full Committee on topics of interest related to AI in Hardware and AI and Energy. The briefings are from outside subject matter experts to the full Committee. The final agenda will be posted on the NIST website at https:// www.nist.gov/itl/national-artificial-intelligence-advisory-co mmittee- naiac.

In accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) is automatically initiating the five-year reviews (Sunset Reviews) of the antidumping and countervailing duty (AD/CVD) order(s) and suspended investigation(s) listed below. The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will publish notice of Institution of Five-Year Reviews which covers the same order(s) and suspended investigation(s).
