Pacific Fishery Management Council; Public Meeting
The Pacific Fishery Management Council's (Council) Salmon Subcommittee of the Scientific and Statistical Committee (SSC) will hold a joint methodology review meeting with the Salmon Technical Team (STT) and Model Evaluation Workgroup (MEW), followed by a single-day meeting of the STT, all of which will be open to the public.
Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council (Council); Public Meeting
The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council (Council) will hold meetings of the: Joint Law Enforcement Committee, Gulf Council's Law Enforcement Advisory Panel Committee, and Gulf States Law Enforcement Committee, Red Drum Management Committee, Joint Administrative Policy and Budget/Personnel Committees, Data Collection Management Committee, Gulf SEDAR Committee, Reef Fish Committee, Mackerel Committee, and Shrimp Management Committee; in conjunction with a meeting of the Full Council. The Council will also hold a formal public comment session.

Meeting of Bureau of Economic Analysis Advisory Committee

L. 105-153), we are announcing a meeting of the Bureau of Economic Analysis Advisory Committee. The meeting will address ways in which the national economic accounts can be presented more effectively for current economic analysis and recent statistical developments in national accounting.
Certain Frozen Fish Fillets From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Initiation of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review; 2013-2014
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') received a timely request for a new shipper review (``NSR'') of the antidumping duty (``AD'') order on certain frozen fish fillets (``fish fillets'') from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (``Vietnam''). The Department determines that the request meets the statutory and regulatory requirements for initiation. The period of review (``POR'') for this NSR is August 1, 2013, through July 31, 2014.
High Pressure Steel Cylinders From the People's Republic of China: Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2013-2014
The Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') for the period June 1, 2013, through May 31, 2014.
Low Enriched Uranium From France: Preliminary Results of Changed Circumstances Review
Pursuant to section 751(b) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), and 19 CFR 351.216 and 351.221(c)(3), the Department of Commerce (Department) is conducting a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the antidumping duty (AD) order on low-enriched uranium (LEU) from France with respect to Global Nuclear FuelAmericas, LLC (GNF-A). The Department preliminarily determines that changed circumstances exist which have affected the ability of GNF-A to manage its inventory and re-exports of LEU in compliance with the AD order. Furthermore, we preliminarily determine that these changed circumstances warrant: (1) authorizing GNF-A to make certain entries of LEU from France under the provision in the scope that excludes LEU from the AD order when it enters solely for purposes of fabrication into fuel rods and re- exportation to a third country customer; and (2) determining that certain entries of LEU by GNF-A have satisfied the conditions for exclusion from the AD order. We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results.
Grant of Interim Extension of the Term of U.S. Patent No. 5,454,779; ResQPump®/ResQPOD® ITD
The United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued a third order granting interim extension under 35 U.S.C. 156(d)(5) for a one-year interim extension of the term of U.S. Patent No. 5,454,779.
Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Provisions; Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Atlantic Surfclam and Ocean Quahog Fishery; Information Collection
NMFS reopens the comment period on the proposed rule to implement an information collection program for the Atlantic surfclam and ocean quahog fishery that published on August 7, 2014. The original comment period closed on September 8, 2014. The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council requested the comment period be reopened to allow for additional public comment through October 17, 2014, to be submitted after this proposed action is discussed at the upcoming Council meeting.
