Pacific Halibut Fisheries; Subsistence Fishing; Correction
This document corrects a final rule published in the Federal Register amending the Subsistence Halibut Program. This correcting amendment corrects the description, geographic coordinates, and associated figures for the Anchorage/Matsu/Kenai non-subsistence marine waters area and the Local Area Management Plan (LAMP) for the halibut fishery in Sitka Sound in the Gulf of Alaska.
Fisheries of the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, and South Atlantic; Reef Fish Fishery of the Gulf of Mexico; Gulf Reef Fish Limited Access System
NMFS issues this final rule to implement Amendment 24 to the Fishery Management Plan (FMP) for the Reef Fish Resources of the Gulf of Mexico (Amendment 24) prepared by the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council (Council). This final rule establishes a limited access system for the commercial reef fish fishery in the Gulf of Mexico by capping participation at the current level. The intended effect of this final rule is to provide economic and social stability in the fishery by preventing speculative entry into the fishery.
Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Provisions; Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Northeast Multispecies Fishery; Framework Adjustment 41
NMFS proposes regulations to implement Framework Adjustment 41 (FW 41) to the NE Multispecies Fishery Management Plan (FMP). FW 41 management measures were developed by the New England Fishery Management Council (Council) to expand participation in the existing Closed Area (CA) I Hook Gear Haddock Special Access Program (SAP) to all Northeast (NE) multispecies limited access Days-at Sea (DAS) vessels fishing with hook gear. The proposed action would also modify some of the management measures currently applicable to the Georges Bank (GB) Cod Hook Sector (Sector) vessels when declared into the CA I Hook Gear Haddock SAP by including modification of the season, haddock total allowable catch (TAC), and restricting vessels to fishing only inside the SAP area on trips declared into the SAP. In addition, NMFS proposes to clarify regulations pertaining to fishing in the Eastern U.S./Canada Haddock SAP Pilot Program Area. Specifically, during the time the SAP is open, eligible vessels could choose to fish in the SAP, and fish in the Eastern U.S./Canada Area west of CA II. This action is intended to mitigate the economic and social impacts resulting from Amendment 13 to the FMP and to meet the conservation and management requirements of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act).
Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Pacific Ocean Perch in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska
NMFS is prohibiting directed fishing for Pacific Ocean perch in the Central Regulatory Area of the Gulf of Alaska (GOA). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the 2005 total allowable catch (TAC) of Pacific Ocean perch in the Central Regulatory Area of the GOA.

This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the 2005 Pacific Ocean perch total allowable catch (TAC) in the Central Aleutian District of the BSAI.
Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed-Circumstances Review: Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from Romania
On May 13, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published a notice of initiation and the preliminary results of its changed-circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Romania in which it preliminarily determined that Mittal Steel Galati S.A. (Mittal Steel) is the successor-in-interest to S.C. Ispat Sidex S.A. (Sidex). See Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from Romania: Initiation and Preliminary Results of Changed-Circumstances Review, 70 FR 25547 (May 13, 2005). We gave interested parties the opportunity to comment. We received no comments. Therefore, for these final results, the Department is adopting its preliminary determination that Mittal Steel is the successor-in-interest to Sidex.

The Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council has cancelled its meetings scheduled for July 11 - 15, 2005 in Fort Myers Beach, FL, due to Hurricane Dennis. The Council has rescheduled the meetings for August 8-12, 2005.

Announcing Draft Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) Publication 200, Minimum Security Requirements for Federal Information and Information Systems
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) announces the release of draft Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) Publication 200, Minimum Security Requirements for Federal Information and Information Systems for public comment. Draft FIPS Publication 200 is one of a series of security standards and guidelines that NIST is developing to help federal agencies implement their responsibilities under the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). The FISMA requires that all federal agencies develop, document and implement agency-wide information security programs to protect federal information and information systems. Draft FIPS Publication 200, which will be used with other publications already issued by NIST, specifies minimum security requirements for federal information and information systems and a risk-based process for selecting the security controls necessary to satisfy the minimum requirements. Prior to the submission of this proposed standard to the Secretary of Commerce for review and approval, it is essential that consideration be given to the needs and views of the general public, the information technology industry, and federal, state, and local government organizations. The purpose of this notice is to solicit such views.
Proposed Withdrawal of Ten (10) Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS)
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) proposes to withdraw ten (10) Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) from the FIPS series. The standards proposed for withdrawal include FIPS 161-2, FIPS 183, FIPS 184, FIPS 192 and 192-1, which adopt voluntary industry standards for Federal government use. These FIPS are obsolete because they have not been updated to reference current or revised voluntary industry standards. In addition, FIPS 4-2, FIPS 5-2, FIPS 6-4, and FIPS 10-4, adopt specifications or data standards that are developed and maintained by other Federal government agencies or by voluntary industry standards organizations. These FIPS have not been updated to reflect the changes and modifications that have been made by the organizations that develop and maintain the specifications and data representations. FIPS 113, Computer Data Authentication, specifies an algorithm for generating and verifying a Message Authentication Code (MAC). Since the algorithm is based on the Data Encryption Standard, which has been recommended for withdrawal, NIST plans to recommend the use of newer techniques for data authentication based on more secure algorithms. Prior to the submission of this proposed withdrawal of FIPS to the Secretary of Commerce for review and approval, NIST invites comments from the public, users, the information technology industry, and Federal, State and local governments government organizations concerning the withdrawal of the FIPS.
Endangered and Threatened Species; Take of Anadromous Fish
Notice is hereby given that NMFS has prepared an environmental assessment (EA) of the impacts on the human environment of the potential issuance of scientific research and enhancement permit number 1530 relating to Pacific salmon. Permit 1530 would be issued jointly to the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Nez Perce Tribe through the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (Applicants) to operate the adult fish trap at Lower Granite Dam. This document serves to notify the public of the availability of the draft EA for review and comment before a final decision on whether to issue a Finding of No Significant Impact is made by NMFS. The proposed actions are intended to increase knowledge of species listed under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) and to help guide management and conservation efforts. It is also intended to facilitate collection of broodstock to supply an artificial propagation program designed to enhance the propagation and survival of threatened Snake River fall chinook salmon.

Evaluation of State Coastal Management Programs and National Estuarine Research Reserves
The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management (OCRM) announces its intent to evaluate the performance of the Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve. The National Estuarine Research Reserve evaluation will be conducted pursuant to sections 312 and 315 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended, (CZMA) and regulations at 15 CFR part 921, subpart E and part 923, subpart L. The CZMA requires continuing review of the performance of states with respect to coastal program implementation. Evaluation of a National Estuarine Research Reserve requires findings concerning the extent to which a state has met the national objectives, adhered to its Reserve final management plan approved by the Secretary of Commerce, and adhered to the terms of financial assistance awards funded under the CZMA. The evaluation will include a site visit, consideration of public comments, and consultations with interested Federal, state and local agencies and members of the public. A public meeting will be held as part of the site visit. Notice is hereby given of the date of the site visit for the listed evaluation, and the date, local time, and location of the public meeting during the site visit. The Tijuana River National Estuarine Research Reserve evaluation site visit will be held September 13-16, 2005. One public meeting will be held during the week. The public meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2005, at 7 p.m. at the Community Room, 825 Imperial Beach Boulevard, Imperial Beach, California. Copies of a state's most recent performance reports, as well as OCRM's evaluation notification and supplemental request letters to the state, are available upon request from OCRM. Written comments from interested parties regarding this Program are encouraged and will be accepted until 15 days after the public meeting. Sections 312 and 315 of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (CZMA), as amended, require a continuing review of the performance of coastal states with respect to approval of CMPs and the operation and management of NERRs. The states of Minnesota, Texas, and Alabama were found to be implementing and enforcing their federally approved coastal management programs, addressing the national coastal management objectives identified in CZMA Section 303(2)(A)-(K), and adhering to the programmatic terms of their financial assistance awards. Weeks Bay (Alabama), Narragansett Bay (Rhode Island), and Grand Bay (Mississippi) NERRs were found to be adhering to programmatic requirements of the NERR System. Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Prohibited Species Donation Program
NMFS announces the renewal of permits to SeaShare (formerly Northwest Food Strategies) authorizing this organization to distribute Pacific salmon (salmon) and Pacific halibut (halibut) to economically disadvantaged individuals under the prohibited species donation (PSD) program. Salmon and halibut are caught incidentally during directed fishing for groundfish with trawl gear off Alaska. This action is necessary to comply with provisions of the PSD program and is intended to promote the goals and objectives of the North Pacific Fishery Management Council.
December 2004 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary Agreement Implementation: Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Part I (Telecommunications), 6, 7, 8, and 9 of the Commerce Control List; Wassenaar Reporting Requirements; Definitions; and Certain New or Expanded Export Controls
The Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) maintains the Commerce Control List (CCL), which identifies items subject to Department of Commerce export controls. This final rule revises certain entries controlled for national security reasons in Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Part I (telecommunications), 6, 7, 8, and 9, and Definitions to conform with changes in the Wassenaar Arrangement's List of Dual-Use Goods and Technologies and Statements of Understanding maintained and agreed to by governments participating in the Wassenaar Arrangement on Export Controls for Conventional Arms and Dual-Use Goods and Technologies (Wassenaar Arrangement). The Wassenaar Arrangement focuses on implementation of effective export controls on strategic items with the objective of improving regional and international security and stability. The purpose of this final rule is to make the necessary changes to the CCL, definitions of terms used in the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Wassenaar reporting requirements to implement Wassenaar List revisions that were agreed upon in the December 2004 Wassenaar Arrangement Plenary Meeting. In addition, this rule adds Slovenia to the list of Wassenaar member countries in the EAR. This rule also adds or expands unilateral U.S. controls on certain items consistent with the amendments made to implement the Wassenaar Arrangement's decisions.
Antifriction Bearings (Other Than Tapered Roller Bearings) and Parts Thereof from Japan: Notice of Court Decision Not in Harmony
On June 27, 2005, the United States Court of International Trade (CIT) affirmed the Department of Commerce's (the Department's) redetermination on remand of the final results of the antidumping duty administrative reviews on antifriction bearings (other than tapered roller bearings) and parts thereof from Japan. See NSK Ltd. v. United States, Consol. Court No. 98-07-02527, slip op. 05-77 (CIT 2005). The Department is now issuing this notice of court decision not in harmony.
Notice of Extension of Time Limit for the Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Certain Hot- Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products from Romania
The Department of Commerce is extending the time limit for completion of the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Romania until November 30, 2005. The period of review is November 1, 2003, through October 31, 2004.
Stainless Steel Wire Rod From India: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Determination to Revoke Order in Part
On January 7, 2005, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod (SSWR) from India. The review covers three companies for the period December 1, 2002, through November 30, 2003. We gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the preliminary results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes, including correction of a clerical error, in the margin calculations. The final weighted-average margins are listed below in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.
Fisheries off West Coast States and in the Western Pacific; Western Pacific Bottomfish Fisheries; Main Hawaiian Islands; Control Date
NMFS announces that persons who enter the bottomfish fishery in the U.S. exclusive economic zone (EEZ) around the main Hawaiian Islands (MHI) after June 2, 2005, (``control date'') are not guaranteed future participation in the fishery if the Western Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) prepares and NMFS approves a program limiting entry or effort. This action does not commit the Council or NMFS to limit entry, or prevent any other date from being selected for eligibility to participate in the MHI bottomfish fishery. The Council or NMFS may also use other criteria to limit fishing effort or participation in a limited entry program that is developed in the future.
Taking of Marine Mammals Incidental to Commercial Fishing Operations; Atlantic Large Whale Take Reduction Plan Regulations
On June 21, 2005, a proposed rule to amend the regulations implementing the Atlantic Large Whale Take Reduction Plan (ALWTRP) was published in the Federal Register. NMFS is extending the comment period on this proposed rule by 30 days to August 22, 2005, to allow the public a full 60 days to submit comments.

Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fishing Capacity Reduction Program; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; California, Washington, and Oregon Fisheries for Coastal Dungeness Crab and Pink Shrimp; Industry Fee System for Fishing Capacity Reduction Loan
NMFS establishes regulations to implement an industry fee system for repaying a $35,662,471 Federal loan. The loan financed most of the cost of a fishing capacity reduction program in the Pacific Coast groundfish fishery. The industry fee system imposes fees on the value of future groundfish landed in the trawl portion (excluding whiting catcher-processors) of the Pacific Coast groundfish fishery. It also imposes fees on coastal Dungeness crab and pink shrimp landed in the California, Washington, and Oregon fisheries for coastal Dungeness crab and pink shrimp. This action's intent is to implement the industry fee system.
Fisheries off West Coast States and in the Western Pacific; Pelagic Fisheries; Additional Measures to Reduce the Incidental Catch of Seabirds in the Hawaii Pelagic Longline Fishery
This proposed rule would require all Hawaii-based longline fishing vessels to either side-set (set longline gear from the side of the vessel rather than from the stern), or use a combination of other seabird mitigation measures to prevent seabirds, e.g., Laysan and black-footed albatrosses, from being accidentally hooked or entangled, and killed during fishing operations. This proposed rule is also intended to reduce the potential for interaction with endangered short- tailed albatrosses that are known to be in the area in which the fishery operates.
International Buyer Program Support for Domestic Trade Shows
This notice sets forth objectives, procedures and application review criteria associated with support for domestic trade shows by the International Buyer Program of the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC). As the program is changing from a fiscal year to a calendar year basis, this announcement covers selection for International Buyer Program participation for Fiscal Year 2007 (October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007) and the 1st quarter of Fiscal Year 2008 (October 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007). The International Buyer Program was established to bring international buyers together with U.S. firms by promoting leading U.S. trade shows in industries with high export potential. The International Buyer Program emphasizes cooperation between the DOC and trade show organizers to benefit U.S. firms exhibiting at selected events and provides practical, hands-on assistance such as export counseling and market analysis to U.S. companies interested in exporting. The assistance provided to show organizers includes worldwide overseas promotion of selected shows to potential international buyers, end- users, representatives and distributors. The worldwide promotion is executed through the offices of the DOC United States and Foreign Commercial Service (hereinafter referred to as the Commercial Service) in more than 70 countries representing America's major trading partners, and also in U.S. Embassies in countries where the Commercial Service does not maintain offices. As the program is changing from a fiscal year to a calendar year basis, the Department expects to select approximately 50 shows for the October 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007 period from among applicants to the program. Shows selected for the International Buyer Program will provide a venue for U.S. companies interested in expanding their sales into international markets. Successful show organizer applicants will be required to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the DOC. The MOU constitutes an agreement between the DOC and the show organizer specifying which responsibilities are to be undertaken by DOC as part of the IBP and, in turn, which responsibilities are to be undertaken by the show organizer. Anyone requesting information about applying will be sent a copy of the MOU along with the application package. The responsibilities to be undertaken by DOC will be carried out by the Commercial Service.
Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod From Trinidad and Tobago
In response to requests by interested parties, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and alloy steel wire rod (``wire rod'') from Trinidad and Tobago for the period of review (``POR'') October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004. We preliminarily determine that during the POR, Carribean Ispat Limited and its affiliates Ispat North America Inc. (``INA'') and Walker Wire (Ipsat) Inc. (``Walker Wire'') (collectively ``CIL''), sold subject merchandise at less than normal value (``NV''). If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') to assess antidumping duties equal to the difference between the export price (``EP'') or constructed export price (``CEP'') and NV. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit comments in this segment of the proceeding should also submit with them: (1) a statement of the issues and (2) a brief summary of the comments. Further, parties submitting written comments are requested to provide the Department with an electronic version of the public version of any such comments on diskette.
Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews: Low Enriched Uranium from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom
On March 7, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of administrative reviews of the countervailing duty (CVD) orders on low enriched uranium from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom for the period January 1, 2003, through December 31, 2003 (see Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews: Low Enriched Uranium from Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, 70 FR 10986 (March 7, 2005) (Preliminary Results)). The Department has now completed these administrative reviews in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Based on information received since the Preliminary Results and our analysis of the comments received, the Department has not revised the net subsidy rate for Urenco Deutschland GmbH of Germany (UD), Urenco Nederland B.V. of the Netherlands (UNL), Urenco (Capenhurst) Limited (UCL) of the United Kingdom, Urenco Ltd., and Urenco Inc. (collectively, the Urenco Group or respondents), the producers/ exporters of subject merchandise covered by these reviews. Stainless Steel Flanges From India: Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Revocation in Part
On March 7, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel flanges from India. See Certain Forged Stainless Steel Flanges from India; Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Intent to Revoke the Order in Part, 70 FR 10953 (March 7, 2005) (Preliminary Results). This review covers imports of subject merchandise from Viraj Forgings, Ltd. (Viraj), and Echjay Forgings Pvt., Ltd. (Echjay). The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2003, through January 31, 2004. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made no changes in the margin calculations for either Viraj or Echjay. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margins for Viraj and Echjay are listed below in the section entitled ``Final Results of Review.'' In addition, we are revoking Viraj from the order.
Final Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review: Low Enriched Uranium from France
On March 7, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published in the Federal Register its preliminary results of administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on low enriched uranium from France for the period January 1, 2003, through December 31, 2003 (see Preliminary Results of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review: Low Enriched Uranium from France, 70 FR 10989 (March 7, 2005) (LEU Preliminary Results 2003)). The Department has now completed the administrative review in accordance with section 751(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act). Based on our analysis of the comments received, the Department has not revised the net subsidy rate for Eurodif S.A. (Eurodif)/Compagnie Generale Des Matieres Nucleaires (COGEMA), the producer/exporter of subject merchandise covered by this review. For further discussion of our analysis of the comments received for these final results, see the July 5, 2005, Issues and Decision Memorandum from Barbara E. Notice of Preliminary Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; Oil Country Tubular Goods, Other Than Drill Pipe, From Argentina
In response to a request from the petitioner, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from Argentina. This review covers one manufacturer/exporter of the subject merchandise, Siderca S.A.I.C. (Siderca). The Department is preliminarily rescinding this review based on record evidence indicating that the respondent had no entries of subject merchandise during the period of review (POR). The POR is August 1, 2003, through July 31, 2004.
Notice of Extension of Time Limit for the Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Certain Hot-Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From Brazil
The Department of Commerce is fully extending the time limit for the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Brazil. The period of review is March 1, 2003, through February 29, 2004. This extension is made pursuant to section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act.
North American Free-Trade Agreement, Article 1904; NAFTA Panel Reviews; Request for Panel Review
On June 24, 2005, Berg Steel Pipe Corporation filed a First Request for Panel Review with the Mexican Section of the NAFTA Secretariat pursuant to Article 1904 of the North American Free Trade Agreement. Panel review was requested of the antidumping duty determination made by the Secretaria de Economia, respecting Pipe Line Longitudinally Welded with external or internal circle closed section, classified as tariff item 7305.11.01 and 7305.12.01 originating in the United States of America. This determination was published in the Diario Oficial de la Federacion, on May 27, 2005. The NAFTA Secretariat has assigned Case Number MEX-USA-2005-1904-01 to this request.
Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act Provisions; Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Northeast Multispecies Fishery; Modification of Access to the Eastern U.S./Canada Area
The Administrator, Northeast Region, NMFS (Regional Administrator), has projected that the total allowable catch (TAC) for Georges Bank (GB) cod allocated for harvest from the Eastern U.S./ Canada Area will be fully harvested prior to the end of the fishing year if the rate of GB cod harvest remains at the current level. In response, this action limits all Northeast (NE) multispecies days-at- sea (DAS) vessels to one trip into the Eastern U.S./Canada Area per month through the end of the 2005 fishing year. In addition, this action requires all NE multispecies DAS vessels fishing in the Eastern U.S./Canada Area to use a haddock separator trawl for the remainder of the fishing year. This action is being taken to slow the rate of GB cod harvest from the Eastern U.S./Canada Area and to prolong access to the Eastern U.S./Canada Area throughout the 2005 fishing year and to help prevent over-harvesting the GB cod TAC from the Eastern U.S./Canada Area during the 2005 fishing year in accordance with the Magnuson- Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.

Carbon and Certain Alloy Steel Wire Rod from Indonesia; Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
In response to a request from P.T. Ispat Indo (Ispat Indo), the U.S. Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Indonesia (A-560-815). This administrative review covers imports of subject merchandise from Ispat Indo. The period of review is October 1, 2003, through September 30, 2004. We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by Ispat Indo did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results of this administrative review, we will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to liquidate appropriate entries without regard to antidumping duties. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit argument in this proceeding are requested to submit with the argument: 1) a statement of the issues, 2) a brief summary of the argument, and 3) a table of authorities.
Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings From Korea; Notice of Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
On March 7, 2005, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping order covering stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Korea. See Stainless Steel Butt-Weld Pipe Fittings from Korea; Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 70 FR 10982 (March 7, 2005) (Preliminary Results). The merchandise covered by this order is stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings as described in the ``Scope of the Order'' section of this notice. The period of review (POR) is February 1, 2003, through January 31, 2004. We invited parties to comment on our Preliminary Results. Based on our analysis of the comments received, we have made changes in the margin calculations. Therefore, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margin for the reviewed firm is listed below in the section entitled ``Final Results of the Review.''
Folding Metal Tables and Chairs from the People's Republic of China: Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review
In response to multiple requests, the Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on folding metal tables and chairs (FMTCs) from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is June 1, 2003, through May 31, 2004. Upon completion of this review, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise that were exported by the companies under review and entered during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
