Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program
The Rural Housing Service (RHS or Agency), a Rural Development (RD) agency of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), is implementing changes to the Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) to update the requirements for Federally supervised lenders, minimum net worth and experience for non-supervised lenders, approved lender participation requirements, handling of applicants with delinquent child support payments, and builder credit requirements.

Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program
The Rural Housing Service (RHS or Agency), a Rural Development agency within the United States Department of Agriculture, is proposing to amend its regulations that would grant to Delegated Lenders participating in the Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) the authority to make loans and issue the Loan Note Guarantees after closing using automated loan underwriting and closing systems.
