Request for Approval of a New Information Collection; 2005 Section 32 Hurricane Disaster Programs
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the intent of the Farm Service Agency (FSA) to request a new information collection to be used in support of the 2005 Section 32 Hurricane Disaster Programs. These programs consist of the Hurricane Indemnity Program (HIP), the Feed Indemnity Program (FIP), the Livestock Indemnity Program (LIP), and the Tree Indemnity Program (TIP).
Regulations for the United States Warehouse Act; Cotton Loans
The Farm Service Agency (FSA) and the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) are soliciting comments and views on whether to revise the regulations at 7 CFR parts 735 and 1427 for the purpose of addressing the storage of upland cotton and its impact on loan eligibility.
Information Collection; Conservation Reserve Program Hunting and Wildlife, Viewing Revenue Survey
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Farm Service Agency (FSA) is seeking comments from all interested individuals and organizations on a new information collection. A revenue survey will be used in this information collection and is designed to analyze the effect of Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) enrollment on opportunities for recreational activities, including hunting and fishing, as required by the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002, Pub. L. 107-171.
