Notice is hereby given that the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, intends to grant to Northwest Agricultural Products, Inc. of Pasco, Washington, an exclusive license to U.S. Patent No. 5,552,315, ``Bacteria for the Control of Fusarium Dry Rot of Potatoes'', issued on September 3, 1996, U.S. Patent No. 5,783,411, ``Bacterial Control of Fusarium Dry Rot of Potatoes'', issued on July 21, 1998, and U.S. Patent No. 6,107,247, ``Biological Control of Sprouting in Potatoes'', issued on August 22, 2000.
