North Central Idaho Resource Advisory Committee Meeting
The North Central Idaho Resource Advisory Committee (RAC) will meet in Grangeville, Idaho. The committee is authorized under the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self-Determination Act (the Act) and operates in compliance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act. The purpose of the committee is to improve collaborative relationships and to provide advice and recommendations to the Forest Service concerning projects and funding consistent with Title II of the Act. Glade Rangeland Management Analysis; San Juan National Forest; Colorado
The Forest Service intends to prepare an environmental impact statement to analyze and disclose the environmental effects of livestock grazing on eight allotments within the Glade Landscape analysis area. The project would continue domestic livestock grazing on all or portions of the Glade Landscape in a way that moves resource conditions toward desired on-the-ground conditions and is consistent with Forest Plan standards and guidelines.
