The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is hosting a public webcast which will include representatives from the U.S. Department of Transportation, USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Services, CDC Division of Global Migration and Quarantine, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, HHS/Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response/Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. This public webcast will address import and export regulations for infectious biological agents, infectious substances, and vectors, and import and export exemptions. The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties, including those individuals and entities already possessing an import or export permit (or license) of the webcast.
Multi-Agency Informational Meeting Concerning Compliance With the Federal Select Agent Program; Public Webcast
The HHS Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Division of Select Agents and Toxins (DSAT) and the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Agriculture Select Agent Services (AgSAS) are jointly charged with the oversight of the possession, use and transfer of biological agents and toxins that have the potential to pose a severe threat to public, animal or plant health or to animal or plant products (select agents and toxins). This joint effort constitutes the Federal Select Agent Program. The purpose of the webcast is to provide guidance related to the Federal Select Agent Program for interested individuals.

Public Availability of Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board FY 2013 Service Contract Inventory Analysis/FY 2014 Service Contract Inventory
In accordance with Section 743 of Division C of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L. 111-117), DNFSB is publishing this notice to advise the public of the availability of (1) its analysis of the FY 2013 Service Contract inventories and (2) the FY 2014 Service Contract inventories. This inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 that were made in FY 2014. The information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. The inventory has been developed in accordance with guidance issued on December 19, 2011 by the Office of Management and Budget's Office of Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP). OFPP's guidance is available at https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/ default/files/omb/procurement/memo/service-contract-inventory - guidance.pdf. Sunshine Act Notice
The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) published a document in the Federal Register on May 20, 2015, (80 FR 28988), concerning notice of a closed meeting where the Board Members will discuss issues dealing with potential Recommendations to the Secretary of Energy. That notice stated that the Board would convene the closed meeting at the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board, 625 Indiana Avenue NW., Room 352, Washington, DC 20004. The Board wishes to correct that notice to indicate that the closed meeting will be in Room 425.

Sunshine Act Notice; Correction
The Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (Board) published a document in the Federal Register on April 2, 2015, (80 FR 17735), concerning notice of a public meeting and hearing on April 29, 2015, regarding the underground recovery of the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant and safe resumption of waste operations. That notice stated that the Board would be setting aside time for three public comment periods: (1) At the conclusion of Sessions II; (2) at the conclusion of Session III; and (3) just prior to the Board beginning deliberations in Session IV. The Board wishes to correct that statement to indicate that opportunity for public comment is limited to just two comment periods: (1) At the conclusion of Session II; and (2) just prior to the Board's deliberations in Session IV.
