The Department of Commerce is currently seeking additional applications from travel and tourism leaders from the restaurant sector for membership on the Board of Directors (Board) of the Corporation for Travel Promotion (dba Brand USA). The purpose of the Board is to guide the Corporation for Travel Promotion on matters relating to the promotion of the United States and communication of travel facilitation issues, among other tasks. On June 22, 2015, we published in the Federal Register a ``Notice of an opportunity seeking applications from travel and tourism industry leaders from specific industries for membership on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Travel Promotion (dba Brand USA)'' (80 FR 35627), and on June 26, 2015, we published ``The Department of Commerce is currently seeking applications from travel and tourism leaders from specific industries for membership on the Board of Directors (Board) of the Corporation for Travel Promotion (dba Brand USA) (80 FR 36767), announcing membership opportunities from four specific industry sectors on the Board of Directors of the Corporation for Travel Promotion. The application period closed on August 7, 2015. We are now reopening the application period to solicit additional applications specifically from the restaurant sector. This notice supplements the notices of June 22, 2015, and June 26, 2015. There were insufficient applicants from the restaurant sector, and the open period for making application in this sector and this sector only is now reopened to solicit additional applicants. Interested parties who have already applied for this position in response to those Federal Register notices do not need to re-apply.

Large Power Transformers From the Republic of Korea: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review; 2013-2014

The Department of Commerce (the Department) is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on large power transformers (LPTs) from the Republic of Korea (Korea).\1\ The period of review (POR) is August 1, 2013, through July 31, 2014. The review covers five producers/exporters of the subject merchandise, Hyosung Corporation (Hyosung), Hyundai Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (Hyundai), ILJIN, ILJIN Electric Co., Ltd. (ILJIN Electric), and LSIS Co., Ltd. (LSIS). We preliminarily determine that sales of subject merchandise by Hyosung and Hyundai, the two companies selected for individual examination, were made at less than normal value during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
Certain Steel Nails From the People's Republic of China: Preliminary Results of the Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2013-2014

The Department of Commerce (``Department'') is conducting the sixth administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails (``nails'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'').\1\ The Department selected two respondents for individual review.\2\ The Department preliminarily determines that Stanley sold subject merchandise in the United States at prices below normal value (``NV'') during the period of review (``POR''), August 1, 2013, through July 31, 2014. The Department also preliminarily determines that Shandong Oriental Cherry failed to cooperate to the best of its ability in participating in the review, warranting the application of facts otherwise available with adverse inferences, and that it is part of the PRC-wide entity. If these preliminary results are adopted in the final results, the Department will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection (``CBP'') to assess antidumping duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.

The Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, Global Markets, Office of Africa is seeking representatives of 15 U.S. institutional investors to participate in the launch of the U.S. Institutional Investor Roadshow. The Roadshow will provide a platform for U.S. institutional investors and African government representatives to discuss and implement best practices for reducing governance risk, strengthening capital markets and increasing long-term investment flows. The program is designed to help U.S. financial institutions and exporters participate in large-scale business opportunities arising from transformational infrastructure projects in Africa. Representatives of several African governments, including one or more heads of state, are expected to participate in the launch event. U.S. institutional investors and U.S. investment fund managers that represent U.S. institutional investors are invited to express interest in participating in the launch event and on-going roadshow.

On May 1, 2015, the Department initiated the second sunset review of the Order on Floor-Standing, Metal-Top Ironing Tables and Certain Parts Thereof (ironing tables) from the People's Republic of China (PRC) pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act).\1\ The Department determined that it was appropriate to conduct an expedited review. The Department finds that revocation of this antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping up to the rate identified in the ``Final Results of Review'' section of this notice.

On February 23, 2015, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published in the Federal Register the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on uncovered innerspring units (``innersprings'') from the People's Republic of China (``PRC'') covering the period February 1, 2013, through January 31, 2014.\1\ The Department gave interested parties an opportunity to comment on the Preliminary Results. Based on our analysis of these comments, our final results remain unchanged from the Preliminary Results.

On June 8, 2015, the Department of Commerce (the Department) published the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) from the Netherlands.\1\ We invited interested parties to comment on the Preliminary Results. We received no comments or requests for a hearing. Therefore, for the final results, we continue to find that sales of subject merchandise by Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals, B.V./ AkzoNobel Chemicals AG (Akzo Nobel) were not made at less than normal value during the period of review (POR).\2\

The United States Manufacturing Council (Council) will hold the third meeting of the current members' term by teleconference on Wednesday, September 16, 2015. The Council was established in April 2004 to advise the Secretary of Commerce on matters relating to the U.S. manufacturing industry. The purpose of the meeting is for Council members to review and deliberate on recommendations developed by the Trade, Tax Policy, and Export Growth subcommittee looking at issues of funding of federal transportation infrastructure and long-term reauthorization of the Export-Import Bank of the United States for consideration by the Manufacturing Council. The agenda may change to accommodate Council business. The final agenda will be posted on the Department of Commerce Web site for the Council at https://trade.gov/manufacturingcouncil, at least one week in advance of the meeting.
