Notice of Submission for Approval: Information Collection 3206-0106; Interview Survey Form, INV 10
Federal Investigative Services (FIS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is notifying the general public and other Federal agencies that OPM is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of a revised information collection control number 3206-0106, Interview Survey Form, INV 10. As required by 44 U.S.C. 3507, OPM is providing an additional 30 days for public comments. OPM previously solicited comments for this collection, with a 60-day public comment period, at 80 FR 34936 (June 18, 2015).
Prevailing Rate Systems; Definition of Hancock County, Mississippi, to a Nonappropriated Fund Federal Wage System Wage Area
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a proposed rule that would define Hancock County, Mississippi, as an area of application county to the Harrison, MS, nonappropriated fund (NAF) Federal Wage System (FWS) wage area. This change is necessary because there are four NAF FWS employees working in Hancock County, and the county is not currently defined to a NAF wage area.
Solicitation of Federal Civilian and Uniformed Service Personnel for Contributions to Private Voluntary Organizations; Delay of Effective Date and Addition of Comment Period
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is issuing a proposed rule to delay the effective date that appeared in the final rule published in the Federal Register on April 17, 2014 titled ``Solicitation of Federal Civilian and Uniformed Service Personnel for Contributions to Private Voluntary Organizations'' to January 1, 2017. OPM is requesting comments on the proposed rule.

The Retirement Services, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on an existing information collection request collection request (ICR) 3206-0194, Annuity Supplement Earnings Report. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35) as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act (Pub. L. 104- 106), OPM is soliciting comments for this collection.
Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program; Premium Changes and Open Season
The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is announcing an upcoming FEGLI Open Season and changes in premium rates for certain Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) categories in accordance with sections 870.401(a)(2) and 870.402(a)(3) of title 5 of the Code of Federal Regulations. These include changes to premium rates for Option A (most age bands), Option B (most age bands), Option C (most age bands), and Post-Retirement Basic Insurance. These rates will be effective the first pay period beginning on or after January 1, 2016. The FEGLI Open Season will be held from September 1, 2016 through September 30, 2016.
