The purpose of the meeting is to review the draft report on the naturalization backlog and decide next steps for the report. An update on the community forum will also be provided.

The Committee will discuss plans for the public hearing, in order to determine date, time, location, invited speakers, and discuss other necessary preparations. The Committee may also discuss other outreach strategies to collect additional testimony on the topic as a part of their current civil rights study.
