Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of the rules and regulations of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights (Commission), and the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) that a planning meeting of the Delaware Advisory Committee to the Commission will convene at 11:00 a.m. (EDT) on Monday, July 13, 2015, by teleconference. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss plans for a future public briefing meeting on the discriminatoryon the basis of race, color or national origindisciplinary practices and procedures in DE's public schools, and whether the Supportive School Discipline Initiative is employed by Delaware schools.
