Coast Guard September 11, 2020 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Coast Guard is proposing to establish two temporary safety zones for certain waters of the Spa Creek from October 19, 2020, through October 23, 2020. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters at Annapolis, MD, during a film project. This proposed rulemaking would prohibit persons and vessels from being in the safety zones unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Maryland-National Capital Region or a designated representative.
