Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Odessa Subarea Special Study-Columbia Basin Project Adams, Franklin, Grant, and Lincoln Counties, WA
The Bureau of Reclamation, in cooperation with the Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), the joint lead agency, is notifying the public that they have prepared a final environmental impact statement and has made it available to the public for review.

The Bureau of Reclamation has forwarded the following Information Collection Request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval: Reclamation Rural Water Supply Program, OMB Control Number: 1006-0029. Title 43 CFR part 404 requires entities interested in participating in the Rural Water Supply Program (Rural Water Program) to submit information to allow the Bureau of Reclamation to evaluate and prioritize requests for financial or technical assistance.
Notice of Availability of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Arkansas Valley Conduit and Long-Term Excess Capacity Master Contract, Fryingpan-Arkansas Project; Bent, Chaffee, Crowley, El Paso Pueblo, Fremont, Kiowa, Otero, and Prowers Counties, CO
The Bureau of Reclamation has made available for public review and comment the draft environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Arkansas Valley Conduit and Long-Term Excess Capacity Contract, Fryingpan-Arkansas Project, Colorado. The proposed Arkansas Valley Conduit, conveyance contract for the Pueblo Dam north-south outlet works interconnect, and long-term excess capacity master contract to store water in available space in Pueblo Reservoir would deliver high quality water that would meet Environmental Protection Agency and state water quality requirements and help water providers throughout the Arkansas River Basin in Colorado reliably meet existing and future water demands.

The Bureau of Reclamation is extending the public comment period for the Draft Report Assessing Rural Water Activities to September 10, 2012. The notice to solicit public comments was published in the Federal Register on June 15, 2012 (77 FR 36001). The public comment period was originally to end on August 14, 2012.
Notice of Availability of the Injury Assessment Plan for the Upper Columbia River Site, Washington
The Bureau of Reclamation, on behalf of the Department of the Interior, as a natural resource trustee, announces the release of the Injury Assessment Plan for the Upper Columbia River Site. The Injury Assessment Plan describes the activities that constitute the natural resource trustees' (Department of the Interior, State of Washington, Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation, and the Spokane Tribe of Indians) currently proposed approach to conducting the assessment of natural resources exposed to hazardous substances, including heavy metals, dioxins, and polychlorinated biphenyls.
Draft Resource Management Plan/General Plan Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Revised Draft Environmental Impact Report for the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area, Merced County, California
The Bureau of Reclamation, as the National Environmental Policy Act Federal lead agency, and the California Department of Parks and Recreation (CDPR), as the California Environmental Quality Act State lead agency, have made available for public review and comment the San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area Resource Management Plan/ General Plan (RMP/GP) Draft Environmental Impact Statement/Revised Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR). The Draft RMP/GP EIS/EIR describes and presents the environmental effects of the No Action/No Project Alternative and three Action Alternatives. A public meeting will be held to receive comments from individuals and organizations on the Draft RMP/GP EIS/EIR.
Yakima River Basin Conservation Advisory Group; Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project, Yakima, WA
As required by the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the Yakima River Basin Conservation Advisory Group, Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project, established by the Secretary of the Interior, will hold a public meeting. The Yakima River Basin Conservation Advisory Group is a Federal advisory committee that provides technical advice and counsel to the Secretary of the Interior and Washington State on the structure, implementation, and oversight of the Yakima River Basin Water Conservation Program.
Final Program Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report for the San Joaquin River Restoration Program, California
Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act, the Bureau of Reclamation and the California Department of Water Resources have prepared a joint Final Program Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (Final PEIS/R), for the implementation of the Stipulation of Settlement in NRDC, et al., v. Rodgers, et al. The Final PEIS/R recommends a proposed action from the alternatives considered in the Draft PEIS/R to achieve the Stipulation of Settlement's restoration and water management goals.
