The Bureau of Land Management hereby provides constructive notice that it will issue an appealable decision modifying its September 9, 2015 decision (``original decision'') which approved lands for conveyance to Eklutna, Inc., pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. The original decision will be modified to make changes to public access easements to be reserved to the United States, to navigability information, and to make a technical correction. Notice of the original decision was published in the Federal Register on September 9, 2015.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Sierra Front-Northern Great Basin Resource Advisory Council (RAC), will meet as indicated below. The meeting will be open to the public.

In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado's Northwest Resource Advisory Council (RAC), Southwest RAC, and Rocky Mountain RAC will meet as indicated below.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is proposing to renew an information collection.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is scheduled to file plats of survey 30 calendar days from the date of this publication in the BLM Wyoming State Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming. This survey, which was executed at the request of the Bureau of Indian Affairs was necessary for the management of these lands.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to renew an information collection for cave management.

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is finalizing supplementary rules on selected public lands administered by the Hassayampa and Lower Sonoran Field Offices. These rules are being established by the Arizona State Director of the BLM to provide for public health and safety and to reduce user conflicts within developed recreation areas (or sites), including recreational shooting sports sites.

For orderly management of the public lands subject to Public Land Order (PLO) 7899, published on Jan. 19, 2021, the lands described therein shall not be opened until a date 60 days after the publication of this Amended Opening Order.

The Montana Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (State) has filed a petition for classification and application to obtain public land and mineral estate in lieu of lands to which the State was entitled but did not receive under its Statehood Act. This classification, made under Section 7 of the Taylor Grazing Act of June 8, 1934, satisfies in full the obligation to the State. This notice also terminates the classification of lands included in the State's application that are not needed to fulfill the obligation.

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Humboldt River Field Office, Winnemucca, Nevada has prepared a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to analyze the potential impacts of approving the proposed expansion to the Relief Canyon gold mining operation in Pershing County, Nevada. This notice announces the beginning of the public comment period to solicit public comments on the Draft EIS.

The BLM has determined that its decade-long planning and NEPA processes have sufficiently addressed Greater Sage- Grouse habitat conservation and no new land use planning process to consider additional alternatives or new information is warranted. This determination is not a new planning decision. Instead, it is a determination not to amend the applicable land use plans. Thus, it is not subject to appeal or protest. The BLM's decision remains as identified in the 2019 Approved Resource Management Plan Amendment for Greater Sage-Grouse conservation in Utah.
