Privacy Act of 1974; System of Records
In accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior (DOI) is rescinding 11 system of records notices from its existing inventory. These systems were managed by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and are no longer in use, or have been superseded by Government-wide, Department-wide, or other BLM system of records notices; however, they have not been formally rescinded. This notice formally rescinds the 11 system of records notices identified below.
Notice of Realty Action: Proposed Non-Competitive Lease of Public Land in the Nome Census Area, Alaska
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Anchorage Field Office proposes to offer a non-competitive lease of a 5.1 acre-parcel of public land in the Nome Census Area, Alaska, for commercial purposes. The lease would resolve an inadvertent, unauthorized use on the subject public land under the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA). The BLM Kobuk Seward Peninsula Resource Management Plan, approved in September 2008, does not exclude the subject parcel from the authorized officer's discretion to consider lease proposals in the subject area. If approved, the lease would be valid for twenty years.
Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Assessment To Consider Opening Lands Subject to ANCSA 17(d)(1) Withdrawals to Selection Under the Alaska Native Vietnam-Era Veterans Land Allotment Program of 2019
In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), as amended; the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA), as amended; the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act of 1980 (ANILCA), as amended; the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA), as amended; and the John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act of 2019 (Dingell Act), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to prepare an Environmental Assessment (EA) to consider the effects of opening lands withdrawn pursuant to Section 17(d)(1) of ANCSA to selection by eligible individuals under the Dingell Act.
Notice of Proposed Filing of Plats of Survey; Montana
The plats of survey for the lands described in this notice are scheduled to be officially filed 30 calendar days after the date of this publication in the BLM Montana State Office, Billings, Montana. The survey, which was executed at the request of the Miles City Field Office, Miles City, Montana was necessary for the management of these lands.

The plats of survey of the following described lands are scheduled to be officially filed in the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office, Portland, Oregon, 30 calendar days from the date of this publication.
Notice of Proposed Withdrawal Extension and Opportunity for Public Meeting; Alaska
In accordance with Section 204 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976, as amended (FLPMA), the Secretary of the Interior proposes to extend the withdrawal of approximately 730.13 acres of public lands located in Anchorage, Alaska, for an additional 20-year term. The withdrawal created by Public Land Order (PLO) No. 6127, as extended by PLO No. 7471, expires on February 11, 2022. PLO No. 6127 withdrew public land from settlement, sale, location, or entry, under the general land laws, including mining laws, and from selection under Section 6 of the Alaska Statehood Act for the Campbell Tract administrative site, and reserved for use by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for administrative site in Anchorage, Alaska. This Notice provides for the public to comment and request a public meeting for the 20-year withdrawal extension.

Notice of Realty Action: Modified Competitive Sale of 11 Parcels of Public Land in Clark County, NV
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) proposes to offer 11 parcels of public land totaling 74.375 acres in the Las Vegas Valley (Valley) by modified competitive sale at not less than each parcel's appraised Fair Market Value (FMV) pursuant to the Southern Nevada Public Land Management Act of 1998 (SNPLMA), as amended. The sale will be subject to the applicable provisions of Section 203 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA). The BLM has completed a Determination of National Environmental Policy Act Adequacy (DNA) for the sale.
