In accordance with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 and the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Southern New Mexico Resource Advisory Council (RAC) will meet as indicated below.

In accordance with Section 7 of the Taylor Grazing Act and Executive Order 6910, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined certain public lands in Utah County, Utah, totaling 7.5 acres, and found them suitable for conveyance to the Town of Cedar Fort under the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended. The BLM is also terminating the prior R&PP classification and segregation on the adjacent 92.5 acres of public lands.
