These supplementary rules are needed to implement decisions found in the 1999 Bangs Canyon Special Recreation Management Area Management Plan (BCSRMAMP) and the Grand Junction Resource Management Plan (GJRMP). These rules are needed to protect natural resources located within the BCSRMA and provide for public health and safety.
