The surface owner, NRG Solar Roadrunner, LLC, filed an application with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) on August 24, 2009, for the conveyance of the federally owned mineral interest on a 444-acre tract of land in Do[ntilde]a Ana County, New Mexico, which is described in this notice. Publication of this notice temporarily segregates the mineral interests in the land from appropriation under the mining and mineral leasing laws for up to 2 years while the application is being processed.
Notice of Realty Action: Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification of Public Lands in Uinta County, WY
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has examined and found suitable for classification for conveyance under the provisions of the Recreation and Public Purposes (R&PP) Act, as amended, approximately 8.86 acres of public land in Uinta County, Wyoming. The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) proposes to use the land for a Highway Patrol shooting range.
